Recommended director/service/company address?

So I own 2 limited companies, one 5 years old, one just formed.

I went with city address in Manchester for this. The problem is that whilst they forward all mail from HMRC on, they don't forward anyone elses on. In fact they send it back to them with a label saying "no longer at this address". I only know this because the company I used to form the new company has tried sending the formation documents to them twice now, with the same result each time.

So I am looking for a new one to use.

Can anyone recommend one? City Address charge roughly £150 for both services for both companies, all the high level companies are wanting £300 per company for the same service. That seems pretty steep to me.

I use registeredaddress.co.uk - you pay extra to have mail other than HMRC/CoHouse forwarded but it's not loads. Don't need to add the extra on straight away either, they contact you when your first non official mail letter arrives and you can upgrade then.

They also seem to filter the junk mail becatse I have very little mail come through (which is right for the way my company operates)

Pretty sure £150 is about right (first year was cheaper because I used their formation service)
