Food based business ideas
Discussion
Just toying with a few thoughts...
I have 13 weeks holiday each year and can also dedicate weekends and 2-3 hours every day to something food related. I have a lot of experience in food production, access microbial testing and a full production kitchen which I can hire on an hourly basis. I also have access to staff who can work ad-hoc hours on demand.
In addition to above my background is actually IT, SW development and project management so was even thinking of developing kitchen management tools or looking at new tech., phone apps etc
Possibly looking at something I can work on with someone else. I'm great at concepts, planning etc but can lose focus and motivation once something is up and running.
Definitely not looking at premises or retail! Been there!
Any suggestions anyone?

What about something like cooking on demand - you develop an app whereby someone in the area/region can get bespoke food delivered within a certain amount of time. Perhaps you could make it quite high end, for the busy HNW individual who's having an important dinner party-type of thing?
