My grandads first car?

Hi guys, does anyone know what this car is? My grandads first car, my mum is the little girl in the picture! We are not sure what it is, was alwas led to believe it was a Renault but I have never actually seen a proper picture of it. Anybody know what it is? Thanks!

I think it is a ZA2, but the Lucas-style torpedo sidelights put me off.
I believe the car came without sidelights, but Renault supplied their own as an option.

Presume it could have been screwed together in the UK?? hence the Lucas bits, did Renault have a UK build site in the 30's, I know they did by the time of the 4cv, think they were made in Slough or was that Citreon. I once found a 4cv in an old garage years ago and was told by the buyer that it was a UK built example and quite rare?

It was Citroen that had the factory at Slough.

Vivastellas were built at Boulogne-Billancourt in the western suburbs of Paris, where Renault still has their HQ.

Renault's UK service department was in Acton. They assembled some of the UK market cars there in the 1950s.
