Drum brake sticking

Good day all!

I recently replaced the brake shoes of my S3 as well as all springs and the brake cilinders. Breaking works fine (passed MOT), but the n/s break seems to stick slightly (but too much imo) when hot. After cooling down it frees up fully. Only thing not replaced were the adjusters. Any ideas? Thank you in advance!

Back off the adjuster, press the break pedal a couple if times and re-adjust. Might work, worth a try.

Backed-off the adjusters as v8s4me suggested. Works perfectly now! Thanks guys!
