Sagaris sports exhaust

Does anyone know of any company who's developed louder pipes for the Sagaris? I'm sure they'll come in time but I was wondering if there was any tuners out there with their acts in gear?

Think they are from a company called blue flame and i know that Castles can get a pair if you are after them.

I think the Sagaris sounds perfect as it is. Nice and meaty and popping on the overrun. Nice looking tail pipes too.

so do most motorbikes as standard but they all sound better with race pipes on. Personally I'm not a fan of the visible weld on the customer sagari pipes. It's not a big deal though and as you say the car sounds great already.

I would imagine the carbon can company will do something soon, if not give Ian or Michael a call at Castle TVR for the blue flame thingy...

Blueflame manufacture the OE exhausts for the TVR range, think they are based in Skelmersdale / Ormskirk, Lancs.

Was down at Peninsula today and interestingly, they told me that of the three Sagari that they've taken delivery of, they are all different designs...

The lastest version has been the smallest in diameter. Am looking into getting larger diameter pipes made up, just to fill the space the diffuser leaves.

Not any more they don't, someone bring a car up to us and we'll have a look.

Has anyone got any pics of the silencers as I've only seen the ones on the car at the Motorshow.

Hi simon,

The cans castles have are more oval in shape than usual shape and are large bore. I have seen some on a tuscan and follow the shape of the car well. They were also on the sag at castles. The sound was somewhere between my lovely ccc's and oem exhausts. So how about ccc sound with a large bore oval set of cans ???

That's exactly what we're going to do, I made some enquires today about the oval end caps.

We'll do them in all the usual CCC sleeve finishes as well.
