Next car based on spec
Discussion
Bit of a different one, looking for a car with the following spec, brand isn't important
2013 Or Newer
Automatic
40MPG+ on motorways
Generous driver legroom for a 6ft5 driver (I have no passengers so no need for an estate/suv etc)
comfortable + with lumbar support
sunroof (Panoramic roof preferable)
Anti collision braking (city emergency braking or equivalent)
Adaptive Cruise Control
0-60 in sub 7 seconds.
Must not be naturally aspirated.
Budget is 16k.

You will be able to pick up 2016-2017 Skoda Octavia with that spec either turbo diesel or petrol.
Very good cars.
Not sure why adaptive cruise control or auto breaking is needed as that's what a right foot needs to do
Thanks, i did check out an octavia this weekend, whilst it did tick most of the boxes it lacked the wow factor.Very good cars.

Merc e350 CDI
You would get change from £16k, they are lovely to drive and fit the spec.

Surely a Golf GTI/GTD DSG is perfect for your spec?
Or a Seat Leon Cupra DSG - probably a bit worse on MPG.
MK7 Golf are starting at about £15-16K now. Don't think you will get a well spec'ed one for that price though.
Might get 40 MPG if you don't go above 65 MPH on the motorway!
Mk7 gti seems to be the clear option. Tried a golf R, absolutely loved it, however i dont feel comfortable having one sitting on my driveway due to recent thefts and break ins.Or a Seat Leon Cupra DSG - probably a bit worse on MPG.
