The worst nutritional values grumpy

Yesterday at the gym they made me the wrong post workout shake. Being a polite chap I drank it anyway. Big mistake.
It was the nicest (sweetest) chocolate protein drink I've ever had. CNP Pro Recover in skimmed milk for anyone that's interested. Anyway I looked up the nutritional content earlier. A mere 43g of sugar makes up the 46g of carbs it contains in a single serving laugh

You had a recovery drink, they have carbs in sweet delicious carbs. Protein shakes are protein shakes.

As I understand it, immediate post work out recovery drinks tend to have high Glycaemic Index carbs for fast absorption and glycogen replenishment

Meal replacement protein products are more likely to contain low GI carb sources

1. Which gym provides you with shakes?
2. How much do they charge you for something like that?
3. Sort out your own in future. its what most people are likely to do anyway.
