You can only get an OEM warranty if it has a fsh within the dealer network

I noticed this a few weeks back as was trying to understand the extended warranty cost on a few different models I was looking at buying.

They are no longer administered by Mondial and have a website that if you enter the reg and required cover details it tells you both whether it is eligible for cover and the price. Generalising, Audi extended warranty cover was notably more expensive than BMW or Mercedes and it ramped up to silly levels once you got over about 50k miles. Mondial ramps at 60k for an annual payment but a monthly policy barely changes

I'm also in the camp though of OEM if possible.
