When I discovered that I had a buckled rear wheel on a Chimaera, after having new tyres, I got a reconditioned one from Fernhurst. The were still a dealer at the time but it might be worth a call as they may know someone who can help.
At the time new were £140 recon &90.

I am sorry to bring you bad news but these wheels are virtually impossible to source. As far as I know the makers,in Italy, have stopped production or gone belly up. I tried a couple of months ago to find one either new or s/h and had no luck at all.

Yeah thats kinda what i've heard. I spoke a guy at the tvr centre earlier and he basically said i'd have to buy the 16 inch rears for the front and this obviously means a new set of tyres to boot. just seems a bit extreme to lay out around 600 pound for a buckled wheel.
also, while im here, my grill is quite tatty and i need to replace it, ive been recomended the stainless steel one thats on the tvr centres website, any recomendations???

I had exactly the same problem, so someone on PH recommended I try Douglas Valley Breakers www.douglasvalley.co.uk/

They found one that was slightly scuffed, emailed me a photo, I ordered it, had it refurbed and all is well with the world.

Didn't like the idea of 16s all round.

Fair enough. Presume you've advertised under Wanted in the classifieds on PH?

I did and actually received two separate offers, but I'd already done the deal with DV.

I have looked and looked for two wheels (one front, one rear). There are none. Period.

I have begun the search for after market wheels, and that isn't easy either. Although you can find wheels that "may" fit... you need to deal with someone who knows just what they are doing. High Street Shops do not.

I really do want to stay with the same size wheels.. mostly because I have new rubber all around. I talked to Motorvation today, and they can probably set me up with a set of O.Z. wheels (as I understand it, they made the originals).

If you want to go with something radical (18 inch) call Station Hill Garage in Farnham. The told me that they could source a set similar to the Tuscan wheels.

you should be able to get the rear 16inch wheels, tvr factory still stocks them, its just the bastard 15inch ones thats the problem.

If you look in classified you might find full sets, probably cheaper than two new 16's and then gives you spares!!!!
