Anyone have a local contact for UPS?

Bit of a random one but we are wanting to set up a trade account with UPS but I dont seem to be able to find a local contact for them to get a rep to us. Just wondered if any local PHers have accounts with UPS or maybe DHL and could get us some contact details for a rep?

Every other service is bombarding us with calls every day!

I would imagine unless you're a large corporate user you'd just do it all on line?
