After a serious illness last year, I have been diagnosed with low T.

8 weeks ago, I started on 5mg of Testogel, which made me feel awful! Muzzy headed, a little anxious and depressed. I stopped using it Friday, and I feel a better.

My specialist has now decided to try the injection, but, I don't know wether that is going to be any better?

Has anybody else been in the same position?

Not sure about the op side, but Good diet, strength training, no booze, no fags if you are a smoker, loose weight if overweight as T gets distributed over your person and more weight causes more Oestrogen.

I didn't smoke and had Thyroid issues but got things on track having thought it was something I had to live with, but now my missus is never short of somewhere to hang her dressing gown...

Not sure what my levels are but happy with the outcome.

Are there any general health issues with low Testosterone or is it just an issue of nightwear storage?
