maintenance - Reading area

I've got an intermittent fault with the Griff where when coming to a halt the engine idles poorly and then cuts out. I'm a bit of a numpty when it comes to car maintenance so can anyone recommend a garage in the Reading area to take it to get checked out?

if you want to have a go yourself you could clean the stepper valve - easy to get at and quick to do

Cleaned the stepper motor and housing this morning and on startup everything smooth and idling nicely (it had been a bit lumpy). I'll try to get out for a run later this weekend as it was an intermittent fault but initial indications are positive.
Such a simple job and hopefully advice has saved me a trip to the garage - thanks again.
