Dash cam interfering with radio reception
Discussion
No issues with my front dashcam but recently fitted an old camera to my rear screen (e46 touring) but it totally destroys the radio reception. Now I know that the touring uses wires in the rear screen which is probably the problem but I was wondering if anybody had had a similar problem and found a solution before I throw money at it? I'm thinking, shielded USB cable, ferrite cores, re-routing cable, different PSU, particular dashcam, covering camera in tinfoil, etc...
I tried most of the things you listed with my old dashcam, the only one that made any improvement at all was a USB power cable with the ferrite both ends, but it was still pretty bad. Only affected my DAB, mind, FM came through fine. Can you relocate it at all? Bottom of the glass away from the aerial wires or even back (forwards?!) in the car on the headlining?
ETA: there's a signal booster in the nearside C pillar, if your camera is mounted that side, maybe try the other in case it's inferring with that.

Best way is to tap the 12v power somewhere closer rather than just running a long length of usb cable across the car, if you do have to run along cable then a proper double shielded usb cable will help matters quite a bit.
I made my own for the rear for about £2 using a rc 12v to 5v converter and tapped a 12v feed that was close by in the boot, only turns on when the ignitions on so was ideal for what I wanted it for.
