Giulietta front grille

Hi all,
Which is the best place to get a new version of the front grille for the Giulietta? New or used (as long as in good conditions).
Has the bottom grille in front of the radiator changed as well?

I don't like the honeycombe style. Much prefer the slatted one

And the bottom grille is the same.
