Am I the only one who finds Amazon's new returns process really irritating when you want to return something as unwanted?

Previously you could just request a return, print out an RMA and shipping label, take it to a Post Office and pay the postage. Now you're just offered the choice of a £3.99 prepaid return label - even if it's something tiny that will fit in a small envelope.

Customer support agents seem to happily issue "free" prepaid returns if you query this, but it's annoying that you have to go through this process every time.

yep, some of amazon's practices are very, very sharp. For instance, if you use FBA in some circumstances you can end up owing them on every sale you make.
