My problem


I can receive my emails thru Cpanel for oggs . me . uk but i cant send from this account.

Everything was running fine until...
I tried installing thunderbird so i could start using my ntl account and filter out all the crap.

That wouldn't sign in/receive emails so i've uninstalled it and went back to using OE. I can send with OE.

This is at the start of cpanel-

Be sure to enable SMTP Authentication in your E-mail client or you may not be able to send mail. If your e-mail client has trouble using a + sign in the login, you can use @, :, or % sign instead.

Any ideas??
