Pinnacle Dolomite 5/6 - any opinions ?

I'm looking to replace my current commuter bike and have found the Pinnacle Dolomite range at Evans ( here).
It ticks all the boxes on my wishlist - drop bars, disc brakes, mudguard and rack mounts - but is more of a road bike than an adventure / gravel / cx bike, which is what I'm looking for. The '5' or '6' models are the ones I'm considering
It's had some decent reviews and looks like a good buy but I'm wondering if anyone on here has one and what they think of it ?
