For all you guys running 993TT's

My 993 C4S used to use a pair or rear Conti N2's in about 6k miles and a pair of fronts every 12k miles.

Would you say your 993TT was significantly harder on tyres than this (assuming road use only) or not?

I had been considering an Ultima or Noble as a replacement for my C2 (yes, as a daily driver), but i think a 993TT might be the more sensible option for costs and abilities.

Should be about the same for a 993TT. I guess it all depends on how verysideways you drive!

If not being tracked and thrashed then should be about the same I had a 993c4s prior to my 993T and even with the engine upgrade etc there was no real difference in tyre wear. Just out of interest Michelin Pilot Sports were fantastic on that car.

What makes it worse is that it's for sale back at the garage where I bought it, which is 3 miles down the road and I pop in to see the lads for a coffee during the week and see it waiting.

It's being sold on behalf of the guy who bought it from me and he wants silly money. Hopefully he'll get so desperate that he'll accept my offer of £3-50 + my ex-wife in part ex

Verysideways, my TT with the 430bhp upgrade does not seem harder on it's tyres compared with my previous C4.
By the way, I have had my Xenon lights fitted, they are different league. Thanks for the recommendation.
