Hi All,

Where do you stand when buying something that is advertised on the companies website for x but when you call to book it's actually double the online quote?

I'm referring to a remap so it's not an online discount, the website is completely wrong quoting £299 when it's actually £599.

If I was to of purchased and booked via the website what would happen?

Most web sites will have "E&OE" in their terms - errors and omissions excepted - so they don't need to honour it. Some will, some won't.

They would likely have realised their error and called you to cancel if unwilling to accept the proper price.

They are under no obligation to honour the £299 price.
