2011 Audi A3 Service Light reset

Hello.

On the off chance does anybody know how to reset the service indicator on a Audi A3 2011.

Can't seem to find anything that works on YouTube. I know you can reset without plugging a machine into it. A guy a Audi did it in front of me when I had it serviced last year.

would be grateful if anyone can help

Sometimes it's actually written in the handbook. Certainly was on the last couple of VW I've owned.

Try pressing and holding the trip reset button in the cluster and help holding it in while you turn on the ignition.

The instructions in the manual reset the the oil change and not the service due warning
