Fibreglass wings

Last year the wings on my XJ8 were severally rusted due to the aftermarket mudflaps holding road salt, mud and salt.

Now I'm looking at replacing the wings, I've fibreglass wings for sale at £160 each.

Has anybody got experience of these, is the fit is any good or problems with painting them?

Interesting Q. When I went to view XKs the first thing the salesman said was 'the noses might look a slightly different colour, that's because they're plastic not metal'. Whether that was true or a little BS to cover up resprayed noses I'm not sure.
