Cannondale question
Discussion
My old Scalpel 2000 hasn't been ridden for a few years & the air shock & headshock need a service as they are not holding air.
How much, if any damage would it cause if I rode it with both shocks locked out until I can get it serviced? I know they don't lock out 100% hence the question.
My lad wants to go out on his new to him MTB but I don't want to damage my bike!

Air service can be done by yourself for the rear can, just look on YouTube or local mtb shop can do it in one day if you have a good realationship with them as for riding with no air up to you .
I'll get them both done together but that may take a while at this time of year. Just wondered if road rides locked out would damage anything.
I've remembered how bloody good that bike is after tonights short ride!
