Belgian v Dutch Chocolate
Discussion
Which do you think is best? I assume some of you sad sacks out there only think of Belgian chocolate ?
Maybe one of the reasons is that the clever Dutch put all of theirs in bottles of red wine and sell it in the US

Notice they put the word "fine" in front of the word wine. That means they have used grapes. Dutch grapes probably.
Like the windmill on the label. My good friend in the US confirms this cost him $2. I have not heard his drinking thoughts yet, perhaps he will go all snobby and do a wine review talking about summer fruits bursting on the palate with an after taste of Yorkie bar ?
