Mercedes W204 C63 AMG - Where are they?

Hi Guys,

I've been looking to get a C63 W204 (facelift) with the N/A 6.2 and having looked at what's on sale there isn't much,

I was expecting to see a good number on sale but on PH, AT, MB Used and eBay pickings are of the minimal number (PH has less then 10 and some commanding more than MB)

Are these going to get rare and expensive? Would it be best to stretch myself and buy it now?

What are the absolute must have options? I'm looking for a 2011 onwards (facelift and head bolts OK) probably a 125 version with as many boxes ticked as possible, not sure how much I need a LSD - and if it don't have one I can get a Quaife one fitted - is this as good as MB?

Looking for a vanilla car that hasn't been remapped / ripped absolutely everywhere.

I was looking at a very high spec 2005 CLS 500 with the M113 but looking at how slim the C63 W204 pickings are, I'm thinking that I should think about biting the bullet sooner rather than later.

There are some confusing options on Autotrader. Don't be too specific about your needs in the search criteria (C class, 5ltr+, coupe) and you'll see all the cars. You can pick C63 AMG in the search but you won't see all the cars

A large amount more on AT

So, guys what are the must have options and what is standard etc?

I'm thinking ILS, pano roof and COMAND with HDD.

Not too fussed about a diff, thinking can add a Quaife one or go to AMG and add it on if really necessary..

I'm in the same boat. I want a coupe, 2012 facelift. I think they all come with COMAND/HDD and panoramic roof?

What's ILS?

I've seen one that's rather nice with the Performance Pack+ but it's top end of my budget.
