Where can I get a high beam mounting ring?

Anyone know where I can get a high beam 'fog' light mounting ring. Part number TVR M0128.

TVR Parts list it as no longer available. I've search the usual places to no avail.

The Racetech part is for the headlight, I gained the impression from your post that it's the main beam mounting ring you're after?
