Hello All I am about to buy a 2009 997 Carrera S and it is listed as having pcm, nav and bluetooth.Ive asked for clarification from the seller but he is unsure.
Whilst I've had quite a few older Porsches this would be my first with a navigation unit.
Before I drive up to see it could someone confirm for me if its likely to be the preferred PCM3 with extended navigation or are these separate options over a standard navigation unit.
I did try to search in the forum history but couldnt find an answer.

Thanks for the guidance but decided against the 997 in the end and went for a 991 c2s coupe in Agate from JZM instead, pick it up next weekend. Took out a balloon to finance the extra, so similar repayments.
