Will the remaining Passengers....

Last year I was waiting for my 8.30 Flight to Crete and time and time again I heard the announcement that If the last remaining passengers for a Flight didn't report to the Gate theirluggage would be offloaded.It's 7 a.m so I'm guessing that they're not all drunk.So where are they and what are they doing ?

On the contrary, if they were proper glaswegians (which they may have been) they were almost certainly drunk at 7am
