I've been following Stronglifts 5x5 on and off for about 10 months now. Injuries and travelling have hindered progress but I recently hit 100kg on squats which was a real milestone for me weighing 67kg. Looking to switch it up now though!
I've always been Intrieged by callisthenics training. The strength, mobility and balance all interest me and are all something that I'd like to get a lot better with!
Has anybody here got experience with this sort of training? And if so any pointers on good routines? I tried a really intense one a year back before I hit the weights, had to stop after a few days as I could barely even move!

I've been doing:

On and off since March and I like the way the progressions work. It does get hard and "8 week" where you do 8/7/7, 8/8/7 then 8/8/8 in a week can be a killer.
I usually do it down the park which has a decent "gym" area but I'd recommend also doing weighted squats as well as the deadlifts the routine calls for. I recently started doing 5x5 again but split the body weight routine in half in order to combine the two programs. This was because I didn't feel like my legs were getting much work.
I'm by no means a fitness guru but I prefer exercising outside and with a decent facility close by I was more inclined to just pop out and do this than go to the gym.

Check out all the big kids parks! There's a cargo net in the one my son goes to that's ideal for legs supported inverted rows!
You can buy portable dip bars etc or they are easy to build from wood/pipes if you have the outdoor space. Could try some rings hanging down but you'd need to be fairly advanced.
These look portable but £££!
