Hi.

Looking at some 49" curved UHD TV's.

Samsung seem to offer quite a few and I don't know the difference.

I've seen an:

MU6200

KU6500

KU6510

Some research suggest the 'K' means 2016 and 'M' would be 2017.

I assume the higher the number the higher the model, but I don't know?? confused

All 3 of these I've seen for circa the same money, £50 difference between each.

Does anyone know the actual differences between them and why you would go for one over the other? I'm happy to get any of them, but would at least like to know the differences to make and informed decision.

The Samsung site itself I didn't find all that helpful to tell me what the differences are. I believe these are the models in question.

The higher the number the better the TV. Do you really want a curved TV though? I know you didn't ask the question but I can see them being phased out over time - they certainly haven't had the uptake the manufacturers wanted.

I believe the '10' on the end means it has a white bezel, the 6500 has black. Yes, you are correct about letter = model year and higher number is better so a KU6500 should be better than an MU6200...exactly how I don't know!

P.S. U means UHD/4k
