Approx cost - printed retail header?

Anyone involved in print - can you possibly give a guide price I should aim for, regarding the following please - quantities of 2,500 and 10k:
Trimmed to 58x116mm, 150gsm, printed one side, silk, single colour, with euro slot, scored to 58x58mm.
I should stress there is no immediate requirement but I would like to get a good grasp on my final cost prices; if you can help it would be much appreciated.
