im probably wrong but it might be one of the old Henley Heritage Demos in prowler purple. There werent many if not only one in Prowler Purple in that year.

They all look beauties in pictures.
Just make sure if you are travelling some way that the guy sounds honest about its condition. I went to see an "as new" one, but it was minging.
I figure "as new" meant it had to be in pretty nice condition, how wrong.

Also went to "see" a 4.2 advertised on here, and the bloke didnt answer his phone after I drove an hour there and sat around in a layby for 35 mins or so trying to get him to answer.

Make sure you go armed with full address and home numbers, not just mobiles.

I've noticed that particular car has popped up on another site for sale.


I had one local car, that wasnt all that either. The backs of the seats, the leather wasnt even attached!!


Im not saying that ones not a very nice one, just be sure before driving all that way.....

That one looks ok you are looking at, Im just saying before you travel that way, get a full honest opinion of its condition, so you arent disappointed when you get there......

I have been to see this car about 6 weeks ago. Very interesting colour but the insides were a little worn and needed some tender love and attention. The engine compartment was immaculate and generally the bodywork was ok for year and price. Some usual stone chipping. Sports exhausts I think and loads of receipts and history. Seller was a real nice guy but place quite hard to find. Worth a visit but apart from the paint colour, not outstanding. I saw 2 or 3 on the same day but chose another!
