I really like a McDonalds coffee in the morning.
After a few spillages decided it was time to make a cup holder which is the right size for a medium coffee.

All in it cost less than a tenner so thought I'd share it with you guys.

Total parts, a cheap push bike cupholder, a few nuts and bolts and a drawer runner.

I finished it off today and its perfect. I had to heat up the plastic holder to get it the perfect fit for the cup. The slider moves out from under the dash. Best of all it was very cheap and very easy to make. I used the usual bolt holes to attach to.

I added a few photos to show.

Flip, that looks good. Bought one GRP in the States last month, would have given this a go first!
Worth sharing on SELOC.....

Looks excellent - I've wanted a cup-holder for my S1, but the cost of an official one (if you can find it) are silly.

As mentioned, definitely worth posting on SELOC if you can.

On Rails in the USA make a nice double holder, but it's not cheap.

Is that a compact sub up under the dash?
If so, how is it fixed in place?
