540C RRP discounts?

Hi,

Just about to order a 540C and was wondering if there is any variation between the price different UK dealer offer as well as discounts available (if any)? I've been informed that 540C production has been paused and the first ones will be now be available in Jan 2018. You guys that have been in the McLaren world longer do you know what the historic annual price increases have been i.e. How much would you expect the RRP of £128,500 to increase?

There has not been a price increase since the car was launched. Only increases have been due changes in RFL from 1/4/17 which has increased the OTR price. My understanding is that there is an increase of 2-2.5% imminent and that will probably be reflected in any final pricing as its going to be applied to new orders for 2018 delivery.

In terms of discounts, not easy to come by on factory spec order and have only really been found on new car at dealer that they are looking to move on quickly or orders were someone has backed out and dealer can offer a deal for you to take the production slot.

Thanks for the replies. Had a feeling it was so. So if I order now and try to lock it in at the 2017 price then that's about as good as it gets I guess?
