Rear lights for aero seatposts

My lezyne rear light just slips around the post and I can't see that lezyne make a mount for aero posts.

What lights would you recommend that habe a aero attachment!?

I think I have seen a Giant light with a shaped clamp, I'm sure others do them too.

You can also get lights that fit to the seat rails (if your not using a saddle pack).

If you are using a Saddle Pack then most that I have seen allow a light to clip onto them.

Otherwise, make some sort of bracket / wrap foam or similar round the post to allow the light to sit right.

Exposure do an aero mount for the tracer rear lights.

Cateye RM-1 saddle rail bracket (£8-9) and then fit any of their cheapo rear lights.

The giant lights work well apart from the battery life, its crap! Mine didn't last for 2-3hour rides. Sent it back in the end.

Giant numen i think is the one.

Mine seems to last ages for needing recharging? Don't recall it ever going flat to be honest and probably only recharge it once a month

I had the Giant one, thought it was OK but the light stopped working unless it was plugged into the pc...so not a lot of use!
I now use a Moon one that slides into a bracket on the saddle rails, really good. Not sure on life between recharges, tend to err on the side of caution and keep it charged. 5 modes I think.
As a backup or secondary I have a Topeak Redlite Aero. Takes a AAA battery which lasts me the whole winter on flashing mode.
I like to have two front and two rear, experience has taught me you can never be sure when one will develop a problem, or you'll underestimate how much charge is left

The saddle rail clamp for the exposure lights is far better than any seatpost solution.

I am sure this won't be a problem for all the steel-thighed ph cycling heroes out there who only ever wear aero gear to go with their aero wheels and aero seatposts, but saddle rail lights can easily be obscured by jackets, bags etc.

I noticed this a lot last winter, cyclists who were unlit from the rear because their saddle rail light was blocked by dangling clothing, sagging rucksack or overstuffed panniers. T

It's a neat fitting but make sure it can actually be seen under real world commuting conditions.

Block of plastic/foam, apply hacksaw/knife/file. Cut a wedge in one side to take aero seatpost, a round on the other to simulate round post. 5-10 mins, Job jobbed. Don't overcomplicate
