Selling online/affiliates

Looking for advice on how to sell something...
I came across a product (more of a service really) a while back which I thought would be ideal to help small (and not so small) business owners. It's online so there's no issues around stock or location. Think Ebook. It's not, but it's the best comparison I can think of.
We spoke to the guy who created it and negotiated a price. We got agreement we can sell it in any way we see fit. Now we can sell it to our existing (or new) clients but that isn't making the most of the opportunity, given it will work exactly the same across the UK and beyond.
I don't think Ebay/Amazon are the best place for B2B, so my question is what is the best way to get this in front of a lot of people? I'm thinking affiliates or similar where they push it and we take a cut, but it's not really my area of expertise.
Suggestions most welcome.
