Password not being recognised every time I log in...

As above, I have to keep resetting it as "forgotten password", then next time I log in, it's not recognised.

Little help, please?

Same here with the added inconvenience of no longer having access to the email address I registered with hence having to set up this account.

Most frustrating.

Delete you cookies and PH book mark. Google search back to the login page and re sign in. Should then work fine until next time someone changes a protocol without telling anyone.

Thanks for that, I received an email from PH Ben but managed to get access to my ten year old msn account and sorted it that way.

Hopefully I won't have to change password every time I log in from now on,

I have to keep putting in my password and username every time I go onto PH, this only started yesterday
