Ferrari Tracker

Hi Guys,

I have a FF with a tracker fob, however not sure who Ferrari use for tracker subscriptions.
Does anyone know as I called Cobra/Vodafone as I have the same fob in a couple of other car's but its apparently not with them?

I'm quite sure it's Vodafone as standard fit to all uk supplied Ferrari's. I've had a couple of instances where the fob hasn't been paired to the tracker and they've had difficulty setting up/finding the vehicle. You could get them to search via reg number (previous) on vehicle, as often on 2nd or 3rd different owners and private plate switches. I've also been amazed at how many owners don't bother with tracker renewal in which case it's a reactivation job. I think from memory Vodaphone can also search via the chassis number (might be making this up?)
