Anybody in anything up from a trip to the awsome Nurburgring. I am going in the Noble 14-17 May. Who has got the balls to come!!
I have done aprox 25 laps there now but never in a Noble. I bet the Germans will love it. That weekend the track is open to the public all weekend.
Accomodation aprox 30e per night at the track and aprox 12e per lap (22km) if you buy individually.

Just got back from 5 laps Nurburgring (best lap 8.39) M400 picked up new wed night 1000 mile service Fri. morning. 1 hour Bruntingthorpe on Sun testing. Then drove to Spa. 8am Monday with about 15 WRX Subaru from crossroads (fantastic bunch)
Tue. Ring unfortunately only open from 17.30-19.30 and of course EVERYONE wanted a ride in the M400 so in every lap for passenger change left time for only 5 laps.
Is 8.39 any good in a Noble round there? It felt fast! But I bet with another 50 laps I would get that time down probably to around 8 min.
Spa was a real blast on Wed and the Noble made up on the brakes and handling where it let down on power up the hill against one or two FAST cars.
CSL for breakfast, Porsches for lunch and Ferraris for tea. What a day.
Hope to get to Donnington in about two weeks time.
Went through a set of front pads (luckily remembered and had a ser to race pads flown out JIT) again thanks to Ben and all from Crossroads for fitting these for me) and the tyres were well low to drive back in heavy rain do luckily Silver Line wheels and tyres from Warwick (just up the road from me) were at Spa and fitted a new set of tyres and took the others back for me as they still have about 1 dry track day left.
Big thanks to the lads from Crossroads for supplying my WRX STI. Super doper whatever, thingy ?? in record time so that my daughter and her boy friend could drive it down as my remote, mobile boot. (No room in M400 for much) and they had a great time plying in 355BHP showing up many far more expensive toys.
I did see of a new M5 round the ring but to be totally honest I don’t think it was on full tap, still I went by and that’s what counts back at the bar.

If you only have 5 laps then it is a good time, his car is a stickered up red wagon.

8:39 btg is very good regardless of how many laps you have done.
Bet the 400 felt a bit bumpy to say the least through karrosel!
A few friends of mine were at Spa wed and thursday, they did mention a quick noble!

He hadnt done many more laps either, I took him out there at Easter, and considering he only had a few days at the place, I think he was doing rather well.
I put it down to my expert tuition!!!
