Cayman R door removal

Can anyone give guidance on how to get at the central door trim screw behind the armrest. I have accessed all other tabs and screws, but this has me beaten.

I am trying to eliminate a rattle!

there is a piece of trim over it, i used a panel trim tool to ease it away but cannot remember which why it goes sorry been a while and sold the car now
