All Ebay business sellers neg feedback removed

Hi,

I purchased some domestic spot lamps from a business seller and I'm in the process of returning them as they are blowing after less than two hours.

I've just looked at the sellers bad and neutral feedback (about 90 bad out off 3000 in the last 12 months) and almost all of these negative comments have been removed by ebay.

The company also seemes to have a sister site which has 250 negatives out of 41000 in 12 months, again all the bad feedback comments have been removed and has most of the neutral.

Don't know if I am allowed to name them under name and shame rules as they do have over 99% positive feedback so must have many satisfied customers.

Just wondered if anyone could enlighten me as to why such a mass removal of bad comments.

Surely all of these comments could not be against ebay policy or untrue.

I've posted this on an ebay community forum but the only answer I have is that the feedback may have mentioned a paypal or ebay case opened against them which is not allowed.

Really? What all 340 negatives?

Anyone any ideas.
