Terms of 991 GT3 extended warranty

Hi all,

The 3 year warranty on my 991 GT3 expires next month. As you may remember, Porsche gave an additional 1-year warranty due to the engine replacement issue, however I'm unsure if its just the engine that is covered or the whole car. I asked my dealership to check and they say the computer shows this as a full warranty, however I don't remember that being the case. Do I need to buy an extended warranty as well as this?

From the Campaign literature:

All affected customers also get the Porsche Approved Warranty for their Porsche 911 GT3 for a further 12 months over and above the new vehicle warranty.

The additional 1-year Porsche Approved Warranty for the vehicle is provided free of charge and is entered in the system by Porsche AG.

Please can you tell me what you mean by "Campaign Literature" though as I don't think I've ever seen anything in writing about this?

That was from the official Technical Info for the Recall Campaign that the Aftersales Departments received.

I'm pretty sure the certificate each owner received outlined the extension too?
