I've always thought that Parker's Guides were pretty accurate. But... how come they say a 96N Carrera 2 can be had for around £21k when there are none around? Are people asking too much for them, or are Parker's wrong?

Hav always found Parkers to be up ther with the great works of fiction. Perhaps OK for mass market cars but less so the special stuff.

That said even Glass's seems to stumble a bit with more exotic stuff

CAP is the only guide worth looking at.

...at only 600 quid subscription a year

Fortunately, my brother is a trader so I just ask him

Parkers is tatal and utter nonsense on prestige cars........Cap isnt much better and where some Porsches are concerned Glasses isnt much better.....if I could buy 993s at Glasses guide or Cap money I would no longer be poor
