"search" question

Apologies if I'm being dumb.

Is there an easy way to search for a very common word but in a particular sub-forum?

The only way I can see just now is to do the general search and then individually deselect all the sub-forums / sections that aren't applicable. It takes quite a long time.

The recent example I had was that I wanted to search for the word "arch" in the Caterham forum.

Don't think so, PH search is pretty basic but try combining words.

Also, remember that Google, etc. should return the same thing and has amore sophisticated (Boolean) search enablement. e.g: type: pistonheads caterham "arch" - seems to work.
