Upcoming overnight closures? Usually to prevent the truckers setting up overnight while the roadworks are happening. Or perhaps it's overflow parking for the Bournemouth Air Fest thingy?......

To stop people parking up before the closures go on and to provide parking for maintenance vehicles just before the closures go on.
