lamba sensor removal

Hi all

i have a 2005 c230 that i need to replace the pre-cat lamba sensors. Does anyone know the best way to remove them, as it seem a bit tight to get any sockets etc in there.

I've no experience with that engine but have replaced three in the last 2 years (CLS and 211 E class, both V6 diesels, and an E320 124 cabrio) and with the correct socket ("split" to fit over the cable, 22mm size for those three) they came out without any issue.
