Why do people expect (another E-Bay grumble)

So I advertise a bundle of books on ebay with the clear message in the description : Collection only due to weight
And someone buys them, for £6.75 and expects them delivered. It'll cost more than that for a courier.

At least it as someone in this country his time, last time it was Madrid!

Any why do they always have a name that looks like a jumble of letters dropped out of a box of scrabble!

So unless they are prepared to drive for nearly 2 hours to collect, (and back again), I now have to refund them their fee and probably get stung for the Ebay charges.

It's just not worth advertising on ebay anymore.
