The first picture depicts a real event but I don't recall there ever being a photograph of it.

The Canberra shot in the hangar is genuine.

The Hunter under Tower Bridge did happen however was never photographed. The pilot got into quite a lot trouble & never flew again.

I think the Hunter pilot had already decided that his Forces career was ending hence the protest .
If you were to know the the hanger was on an Australian base in the days before they became so H&S and PC obsessed it becomes so much more believable.

A very low and fast pass of the field.

But sadly the Canberra photo is a spoof !
It was photographed on jacks and then doctored .
The cockpit is empty and it had bungs in the air intakes .
Even in 1955 there were naughty boys about ,Btw I was born in 1955 .

The British term is 'buzz' basically a fast, low level pass.

I'd suggest 'beat up' is British and 'buzz' American. If you can chuck in a victory roll even better, though not conducive to life.
