Houston - still going ahead?

Anyone have any idea if Houston has been affected by the hurricanes and if so, is it still going ahead, or what do they do in a case like this?!?!

The race is held closer to Austin and they weren't affected anywhere nearly as bad as Houston.

It should be business as usual.
