Hi all

Having left the world of Cerbera some 8 years ago I have come across a Goodyear tyre 225/35ZR18 in my garage that is available for free to anyone who wants it. It can be collected from either the Wokingham, Daventry or Birkenhead areas.

I won a new set at the very first Fighting Torque event and this was one that came off when the new set went on and has been sat in the garage eaves ever since. Why there is only one I don't know though I think I may have had a puncture in the other.

Hopefully someone can make use of it...

God I miss that car!

Cheers
Tim

Seeing as the tyre is a minimum of 8yrs old, it will only be any good for skids. The rubber will have aged and gone hard somewhat!

This is true. It's gone to a new home now anyway - a narrowboat jetty!

Yes it'is an electrically powered Webasto, I think it is the Hollandia Classic large model. It can tilt or slide. It was already fitted to the car before I or the previous owner had it (so pre 2003) and the previous owner said he had been told it was factory fitted.

It works very well there is little or no noise from it when closed, certainly less than from the door seals, and no buffet at high speed. It does help suck cold air through which is why I have the tennis ball in the cold intake in the winter. It doesn’t leak but as it has no gutter drain so you have to make sure it doesn’t have standing water on it before it is opened or you get wet. Apart from making the car cooler and airier it also serves as a good flat surface to stand tools/nuts/bolts/tea/beer on when working on it. The only disadvantage is reduced headroom when wearing a helmet.

Think she misses you too Tim.
Been thinking of moving on given I have too many toys to begin with and HELLK9 doesn't get the use she should.... however.... what could I ever replace her with... think I'd be stuck like you... pining for the days I owned a TVR Cerbera 4.5.
