LED Light Cluster Failure - Repair or replace
Discussion
Guys
My driver's side rear LED light cluster has a problem. The brake light no longer functions. There was some condensation in the unit and so I'm guessing the damp has fused something. Question is can this be repaired (and if so does anyone have any reccomendations) or as it's a sealed unit is it a bin job and replace?

Have you checked the fuse? The electronic board is vertical mounted in the back of the light, it will need a substantial amount of water standing in the light to be affected. Also the leds are not exactly near the bottom. If you only have condensation visible it is unlikely that the innards are dead. If you can see water standing in the light it might well be the cause. Please look in your book of word which fuse is responsible.
